Agreement to Terms

Client Responsibilities

Deliverables and Ownership
Upon full payment, clients will receive ownership of final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain ownership of any proprietary tools, frameworks, or methodologies developed by us.
Confidentiality
We respect the confidential nature of client information. Any sensitive information shared with us will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing our services. We expect clients to maintain confidentiality regarding our proprietary methods, pricing, and business practices.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Termination terms, including any applicable fees or refunds, will be outlined in individual service agreements. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.
Limitation of Liability
